SUGGESTED SERVING

We suggest about 500 mg per serving of 300 ml water. Best time to have hibiscus are afternoons as itprovides the much needed energy during the middle of the day and restores lost minerals and micro nutrients. Hibiscus also helps in digestion, a hot cup of hibiscus tisane post-meals is recommended.

PREPARATION

Hot Brew: Steep in hot water for 4-5 mins, strain and drink.
Cold Brew: Make a hot brew and let it rest for 8-10 minutes. Add honey or lemon (optional). Add ice and refrigerate to your liking.
